Who am I?
This is a bit hard since, like many of us, I have many layers, and it's hard to write that in a paragraph or two.
I am enthusiastic about living, nature, and connection. Community and family are very important to me. I am a mum to a wildling whom I home-educated for eight years. Being a single mum has been the most beautiful and challenging job ever, making me evolve and learn to love myself. It led me to photography and embodiment, and im so glad it did.
I have a beautiful community of friends I call my family, and not a day goes by that I'm not grateful for their support.
I love music, dancing, friendship, writing, nature, Art, laughter, a good ugly cry, and my cat, Olive ( she's amazing).
My passion is helping people see the beauty outside and in and guiding them to love and accept themselves in the messiness that is the human experience.
I have ADHD and have suffered with mental health in my life. My life has been filled with many chapters - some harrowing, some pure bliss, and some, well, pretty bland. Each chapter brings me wisdom that has helped me learn to love myself and embrace radical self-acceptance. Which gave me the idea of sharing what I've learned on the way with you.
